We never guarantee a specific location in the restaurant.
Managers may at their discretion take larger groups only on the day of the reservation based on availability.

For all large parties and special events, a Specialized Buffet is offered. Family Style and Fixed Menu options can also be offered dependent on time and date for smaller parties (max 20 guests).

Final Guest Count must be confirmed by Host 48 hours in advance and if the range of attendance is given Pedalers Fork will assume max attendance to ensure adequate food and beverage.
Cancellations within 7 days are charged the event fee. Minimum events are charged 10% of the food and beverage minimum. Cancellations within 24 hours (or no show) are charged 50% of the assumed total.
